Very good service from the waiter Carlos, the food is good but they tell you that you can use your day pass on the food and you can only use part of it, the ladies at the cashier and face towels

Don't go to those in Quintana Roo anymore, they gave us 100% refundable and now only 80%, the price is 1000 pesos and the truth is the pool needs a lot of improvements, the paint is falling off inside and it's scratchy, they changed the menu, it's very poor in food and drinks. The only good thing was the service but I don't know who is taking over the administration now but they are doing a terrible job. Expensive for the quality of the poor facilities now and it is ugly since I always recommended this place

Day pass for no reason.
The lack of maintenance to the pool and other facilities is notorious. There are no umbrellas at the pool or freedom to choose where to be and the prices of the mega expensive food are not worth it even though the flavors are good.

The place is very nice and quiet, the food is more or less nothing spectacular, what does leave a lot to be desired is the attention of the waiters, very bad in that regard, they even fight among themselves, they changed the price to 1000 and with 70% of consumption which makes it lose the charm of the place since it is excessive for what it offers, a thousand times better than the prices before.

The staff and accommodations are fantastic. The rooftop pool was a bit cloudy. The beach lounge area was well maintained and the servers are on top of things.

The first day I went there I took a day pass for 600 pesos consumable, the staff was very nice, the place is very beautiful. So I spent the afternoon at the rooftop pool and I enjoyed the place so much that I went back the next day. But completely different experience. I arrive and I am told that it is 800 pesos whereas the day before it was 600, I explain it and I am told that it is only for Mexican residents that it is 600. To which I respond that I am not a resident and yet I paid 600 the day before. I ask on an “exceptional” basis that they give me the day pass for 600. I am told ok but on the other hand there are no deckchairs available at the beach club and the rooftop. So I am very surprised and I say that I came to spend the afternoon in the sun on a deckchair. I am told to sit in a chair and wait. Finally we went to the beach deckchairs, there were some available. I order a strawberry smoothie and guacamole. 30 minutes to get the order and the waiter comes back once in between to ask me if it’s really a strawberry smoothie I want. However, smoothie and guacamole were very good (the guacamole still lacked a little seasoning). I spend the afternoon on my deckchair. When it was time to leave, I had exceeded the amount of the day pass by 10 pesos (610 pesos). And there, to my great astonishment, the bill was 685 pesos. Looking in detail, I realize that I was not charged a smoothie for 99 pesos but a strawberry mocktail for 160 pesos. So I explain to the waiter who served me that there was a mistake because I had asked for a smoothie. The latter tells me that I never used the term “smoothie” but “non-alcoholic cocktail”. So I'm surprised because I told him "strawberries smoothie" twice, a term he repeated himself to confirm my order. He assured me that I never said that. His manager being nearby still corrected the error on the bill and I therefore paid what I had taken. In the end, very disappointed with the service, I would not come back again which is a shame because the place is very beautiful.

It is basically a nice and modern hotel. It is more intended for influencers as there is a lot of show and shine here. The pool on the beach is completely broken and dirty, as are the loungers and umbrellas. A real shame....
There are also a lot of locals who come here as day visitors with children, so it can get extremely loud.
The beach in front of the hotel can only be used with shoes as everything here is full of rocks.
The rooms are large and very nice, but there is not enough light in some areas.

The reception is very helpful and most of the staff are very friendly.

Nice for social media lovers... but not suitable for vacationers who want to experience and enjoy Mexico.

They refuse to give glasses of water and instead they want to charge you for premium water even though mexican law states that water should be free and it’s a right, nice view and accommodations but if they are miserable enough to charge for water means I’m not coming back at all!Plus drinks are mediocre poor and extremely expensive, I ordered aperol spritz and tasted like water with a splash of aperol and they refused to make me a new one or give me my money back

Wonderful place, delicious food and spectacular view!! ?

De las peores experiencias en Playa. Horas para que te atiendan, horas para que sirvan, no había platillos ni ingredientes del menú. El servicio vergonzoso. Las porciones de risa y los precios a la altura de un restaurante de alta categoría. Lastima porque el lugar es bonito, pero un desperdicio pagar lo que se paga en un lugar así.
