The place is very nice and quiet, the food is more or less nothing spectacular, what does leave a lot to be desired is the attention of the waiters, very bad in that regard, they even fight among themselves, they changed the price to 1000 and with 70% of consumption which makes it lose the charm of the place since it is excessive for what it offers, a thousand times better than the prices before.
The first day I went there I took a day pass for 600 pesos consumable, the staff was very nice, the place is very beautiful. So I spent the afternoon at the rooftop pool and I enjoyed the place so much that I went back the next day. But completely different experience. I arrive and I am told that it is 800 pesos whereas the day before it was 600, I explain it and I am told that it is only for Mexican residents that it is 600. To which I respond that I am not a resident and yet...
It is basically a nice and modern hotel. It is more intended for influencers as there is a lot of show and shine here. The pool on the beach is completely broken and dirty, as are the loungers and umbrellas. A real shame....
There are also a lot of locals who come here as day visitors with children, so it can get extremely loud.
