Good service . There are bathrooms available while you wait, and it has a small store inside.You have to arrive about one and a half before departure.There are two ferry companies, one is cheaper than the other.Patience is what you need for the time you have to wait, but if it says it leaves at 8am it leaves at that time. It is punctual .Once you get on, you can go inside the boat, the air is strong or you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea
I've only taken the ferry but I can't give an opinion.
They have very short hours, which do not allow you to enjoy the attractions.
