Terrible service, the bar is empty and the employees at the entrance are very rude and ask you to make a reservation. We went on a Sunday and they didn't let us through the reservation and there isn't even a reservation on their page.

This is an extremely overpriced restaurant. The fajitas hardly had any meat and were just full of onions/peppers. Beers are overpriced as well. It appears the goal of this place is to try to get as much money from you. The atmosphere is nice, but that is about it. Plenty other spots to enjoy food.

Perfect place to enjoy sports broadcasting on large screens with good resolution. Drinks and snacks are reasonably priced. For 6 beers I paid 450 pesos.

By far the worst experience I've had in a bar/restaurant! Can for happy hr. After our first round, they were out of all the happy hr drinks. Bar was completely other than us. So they tried to upsell us on more expensive drinks. Food was even worse than frozen microwave meals. Service was horrible had to track down the wait staff. Nothing positive at all. Then when we got our bill, they tacked on the iva tax + a 20% tip. She yourself the trouble and find somewhere else!

Patio 8 offers great music and atmosphere, but we left infuriated due to an ongoing issue. Like others before us, we fell victim to a scam where staff claim a declined transaction and ask for another card, resulting in double charges. It's inexcusable and tarnishes what could otherwise be a good experience. The establishment needs to address this problem immediately.

We came in the evening to have a cocktail. Finding the front very nice. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. This “bar” absolutely does not live up to its claims. Very expensive cocktails for Playa Del Carmen, and what's more, not particularly good, nor elaborate, although they suggest the opposite, and I'm not talking about the dishes, we didn't eat that evening, preferring avoid a double disappointment, example: Caesar salad costs 320 pesos, and 340 if you want chicken in it, even though it seems to me that chicken is part of the recipe... In short. To avoid ! Tourist trap. I guess the good comments are wrong. Looking forward to a change of owners!

Very nice place and food but terrible service from the waiter! He literally threw our drinks on the table and served poorly the entire time! I went on March 22 around noon! Regrettable. I won't go back for it

I was on January 30 with friends and the waiter swiped my credit card and told me it was an error so went back a second time and now on my account it was swiped twice and no way to reach the restaurant for a refund ?
