“Rave reviews so my wife and I decided to give it a try and our expectations were truly exceeded. From the outside ok but probably a restaurant we would have walked past if not looked up first in the internet. Great, very attentive service! We had a Pina as a cocktail to start with (great - with fresh grated coconut). Starters were Octopus Causa and Seafood Ceviche (we ordered two in fact ;-)) ... As a main Seafood Rice (truly amazing), we shared all ;-) - together with a good Sauvignon Blanc followed by another Pina and two desserts, Choclo Cake and a tart. Given the quality and quantity of the dishes, the bill was more than reasonable! We might be back next week :-) - well done - honestly deserves the rave reviews“

“A small corner of Peru, with authentic flavor and great attention. Even though the place is small with outdoor tables, the flavor is big and authentic. A great find in Playa del Carmen, widely recommended. You must try the ceviche, the mixed jelly and especially their great creation of Risotto a la Huancaina with loin, a real delight.“

“I live in Cozumel, sometimes I cross to Playa del Carmen just to eat here, it is that good.In the same way when you crossed for some duty it is an obligatory stop.It passes the test of time, it doesn't matter if you stop going for months, when you return it is the same flavor and quality of the food“
“Wow!!!! Stayed in Paradisus for 4 nights was so blessed to dine in Fuego. Our dinner was at 9 pm due to reservations restrictions. The wait was worthy. Elegant place , upscale and classy. Seated with a greeted smile from The hostess. Elvira our servant we were pleased with her personal attention to each diner. It was a busy night but our food came on time. The starter were smoked octopus ceviche with coconut sauce , mahahi with ponzu reduction and sweet coco milk and beef tenderloin kabob were prepared to perfection. The salads beef tenderloin was good but it’s still better the one I tasted in Peru. The Kenzie lamb chops mouthwatering cooked medium rare and Fuego delivered it. To end our dinner dessert was a gold star. Three combination of Peruvian mochi donut, quinoa ice cream and Love the coconut mousse. So advice try the Fuego cuisine in Paradisus.“

“Phenomenal experience here. Drinks and food that will leave you feeling like you've made contact with a completely next level chef and mixologist but at incredibly reasonable prices. I had the pleasure of being served by the owner himself. Torn between menu items, I was eager to pick his brain on recommendations and he was patient and kind enough to give me feedback that I graciously accepted. I ordered the Mayan Ceviche with a custom alteration on one of the listed cocktails, each of which were exceptional. Great service, wonderful aesthetic inside.. Planning to go again and sample much more on the menu, I don't think you could go wrong with anything, and I cannot possibly recommend this location more highly.“
