Great place to get a bite to eat with fresh seafood and great prices. Some English spoken. We chose some shrimps and a whole fish and paid an extra 20 pesos to have it cooked for us. $45CAD (500 pesos) for 1 kilo of large shrimp and a whole fish - both cooked right in front of us. The same fish alone near 5th Avenue was 700+ pesos. You do the math...
They serve you very well, they clean the fish and you can ask them to fry it

If you travel north, away from the tourist zone, you'll be rewarded with places like this. Ten usd for a kilo of magnificent, made to order, shrimp ceviche. They do fried whole and filet fish of many varieties. Give it a try!
