The slowest pizzeria in all of Playa del Carmen, it's 10:56 AM and I've been waiting for a pizza for 40 minutes.

Staff couldn't read instructions on the Uber app and was also not able to understand a phonecall with same instructions. Removing 2 ingredients from half of the pizza was clearly a hard ask.

Worst pizza I've eaten in my entire life and I'm not picky, it's very rare that I give bad comments.. I ordered a Carne mix and they only put sausage and we forgot the others meats.. where is my peperonni? My bacon? My ham? Lol I received a half empty fries..so many that I wonder if the delivery guy didn't eat it on the way..the pizza was thin as a sheet of paper and so dry that I broke a tooth. . advice buy a frozen pizza it will be better

Pésimo servicio, normalmente cuando tienen promoción y en alguna pizza, al pedirla en mostrador mencionan que no tienen la masa para preparar pero te ofrecen cualquier otra que no está en promoción ????

The place is terribly neglected, it is dirty, deteriorated, with poor lighting, they have everything for cleaning right there between the tables, there are many things broken, rotten and therefore cannot be used, the service is not friendly, the food is slow more than normal, I would not return to that branch

They never have potato chips, they don't even have cardboard plates when you go to eat there and it seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you.
