B’s got a secret recipe that was to die for! She serves fried chicken with your choice of corn niblets, sautéed in seasoned butter, or Mac n cheese or fries. We tried all three! None of her delicious tater fell off the moist chicken, as I ate… couldn’t believe it, and it was so moist. Everything was cooked fresh as you sat at a picnic table in an area of other food trucks with a bar, clean washrooms, sink for washing hands. Check this place out when visiting Playa.
