You must make a reservation to gain access to the hotel, we just quickly made one on the phone when were told this at the gate. All I can say is that you will be in for a treat if you just stop in for lunch, possible the best tacos and ceviche I have ever had with perfect servers and over course world class ambiance!
In typical Rosewood fashion, the service was amazing, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the food was fabulous. My wife and I tried several of the cocktails on the menu and even some that weren't, and they were all wonderful. Special thanks to the manager Alan who made our family of five feel right at home.
We did not expect to be at a resort and it seemed like the resort did not expect us(even tho we made reservations through open table). The direction led us everywhere but to the Rosewood Mayakoba resort... we drove around and around. Finally figured it out. The food was good and Uber expensive... the service was sweet. They made us feel comfortable. I probably would not recommend this place unless you were already staying at this resort.
