Departamento amplio, limpio, seguro, las albercas son enormes, la zona de playa muy limpia y tranquila, los restaurantes tiene precios un poco elevados pero vale la pena, casi nos toca liberar tortugas. Muy recomendable.

Los mejores condominios en Playa del Carmen, preciosas y elegantes instalaciones , con una alberca enorme , bellos jardines y casa totalmente equipada , muy cuidadas y limpias las instalaciones, sin duda alguna regresaremos muy pronto :)

We tried their seafood pasta and caesar salat where neither was very good, but I appreciate that there is a restaurant at the resort so you can actually get something at night. Service was reasonable. They suggest a 15% tip on the bill as a standard.

Complejo muy bonito, playa hermosa, albercas muy bonitas, el personal del complejo muy amable siempre tienes camastros disponibles en la playa y alberca. El departamento qué nos quedamos esta perfecto, espacio suficiente. Vistas hermosas

Las instalaciones en general muy buenas limpias y agradables, la atencion del personal fue amable, el mini mercado muy bien surtido, el restaurante bueno, el ambiente en general super tranquilo ideal para descanso y familias. el personal que nos recibio nos resolvio un problema que tuvimos asi que gracias especiales a la gerencia y encargado de la seguirdad, ya que buscaron atender y resolver de forma inmediata. me gustaria que la cocina estuviera surtida con cosas basicas apra cocinar (pueden agregarlo como opcion paa quein lo necesite) y cafe para la cafetera, la renta debiera oncluir al menos un cambio de toallas, incluir instructivo para uso de lava vajillas y lavadora, agregar secadora de cabello en los dos baños y la iluminacion semicalida definitivamente es mas agradable que la blanca, la comida del restaurante (desayunos) nos parecio buena pero con sobre precio para lo que es y su presentacion.

Nous avons déjeuné à deux, au moment de payer le serveur nous donne le montant à la voix ? nous avons demandé l’addition papier, évidemment l’addition était gonflée 230$ pour 2 cafés et le pourboire inclus évidemment mais pas signalé ils ont rajouté a tous les prix 20%, une façon de faire déplorable pour un restaurant dans le complexe, je ne mettrai plus jamais un pied là-bas

We had a great time at this place. The food was very good and very reasonably priced for an "on resort' restaurant. The drinks are good too. One thing to note for non Spanish speakers. The bill and receipt are in spanish and I thought the tip was included the whole time until our waiter on the last night told me it was not. I felt horrible and had to make up for stiffing everyone on tips. There was a line on the receipts that looked like a spanish version of gratuity, so that's what I thought was the included top. I felt so bad, but did make it up. Good people at this place.
