A great little spot off the beaten path in Playa. All of the tacos we tried were delicious and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. We were also really impressed by the portions and good prices. I'll definitely be going back again soon to try more of their yummy food!

Delicious authentic burritos, one of the best we've had. It's a lovely family run business, with kind staff in a great setting.

Cozy little gem. We shared the big burrito for 2 which was enough for both of us. We got a complementary nacho starter for free and the drinks where freshly made for a price you get a coke. They were excellent. The chef even suggested us a yummy dessert and we were not

Great food. Reasonable prices. Good location. Good service except they are never open! Hours listed here are wrong and they have a sign on their gate that is also wrong. I've been 3x and they were never open. I went another time and the hamburger place was open but not the Mexican food side. I get it's slow season but man....Frustrating.

The hamburgers are just okay but the Caldo Tlalpeño is really good and they offer very good service.

Solid place. Service was excellent and very attentive. Food was good, but prices a bit high for what it was this far off 5th and there's some better options nearby.

We only spent 3 days in Playa del Carmen but the food was so good that we came twice to this restaurant. It was one of the best food that we’ve tried in Mexico so far. The owner was also really really nice with us. This restaurant deserves credit.

The food is excellent and authentic. Everything is made from scratch and you can taste it. The Caldo Tlalpeño has deep rich flavors and the Jamaica is thick, not watery like you get at USA taco shops but in a good way. I also ordered the rice pudding and it's some of the best I've ever had.The service is also excellent! I speak a little Spanish but they speak good English. They are also very nice and honest, and won't rip you off. The bill was exactly what it was supposed to be. I will definitely be coming back again.

Let me start off by saying that I eat out a lot here in Playa. I've probably been to 50+ restaurants in about 2 months. This is hands down the best tasting Mexican food in town. The food is fresh, tastes amazing, and the staff is very pleasant. Go! You won't be disappointed. Wonderful experience.
