Rey David - Fresh Authentic Italian Restaurant

Sehr schönes, kleines Restaurant. Das Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt - allerdings waren die Portionen sehr unterschiedlich groß, obwohl zweimal das fast gleiche Gericht (Nudeln) bestellt wurden. Leider haben wir auch sehr lange auf die Rechnung warten müssen. Wer allerdings Zeit mitbringt, kann hier einen tollen Abend haben.

We were passing by 10ma in search of a place to eat and we ran into King David, which offered 2x1 pasta on Saturdays, we had a detail... we went with our pet (dog) and they welcomed us without any problem, the service was super with Mrs. Paty; the fresh pasta made to order, we tried 3 specialties and all of them were super delicious, the portions were well served just the way we like it. We hope to return.

We went to eat today to celebrate my dad. We go a few times a year and this time it was a bit disappointing as the ravioli sauce changed. It had a lot of seasoning, I don't know if it was cloves or what, and some strange branches. And it was very salty. I didn't love it.

We went in for breakfast because there was an attractive promotion (breakfasts for $100 and with chilaquiles for $150), but the experience was very unpleasant, the service is terrible; The person did not pay attention because he was talking on the phone and even got upset for “interrupting” him.

The Omelette was too greasy and the chilaquiles were tasteless. They include toast and jam, but they take the bread until they give the salty dish and on the same plate, therefore they arrived smeared with sauce and oil

During our 5-day stay in Playa del Carmen we had breakfast here 3 times. It’s price-quality ratio is amazing and the way food is served is beautiful. The toast, eggs and marmelade were excellent. Would highly recommend!

Excellent food overall for a reasonable price. The pasta was fresh made and tasty, although the lobster seemed liked it was frozen versus fresh. Good service. The seating is outside only under a covered patio with fans. Was fairly hot during the afternoon when we ate.

The food is delicious, the place could be more careful for the prices it has. And never go to the bathroom, otherwise you won't want to come back.If you cook it, they have it in their sight to try to ensure that the staff is clean and doing their job. Prima voor snel ontbijtje. Best prijzig in verhouding tot andere plekken en doen het hoog nodige. (Op veel plekken schenken ze bijv. Koffie wel bij, hier absoluut niet)
