Another great restaurant in Mayakoba. Expect to pay NYC prices here and everywhere else in the complex, but that aside the experience was a good one. Service was excellent from the hostesses to the servers. Food was very good and you can’t beat the atmosphere on the patios.

Came here to say that the service and experience was phenomenal. Guadalupe and Jasmin were so sweet, thoughtful, and attentive during our visit. They were fantastic! Not to mention, we had the best seat in the house right on the dock.

Best dish was the appetizer sampler. My little one really enjoyed the crispy shrimp. We ordered the crab fried rice. Besides the fried soft shell crab on top, I can't really taste the crab inside the dish. Mushy rice. Recommend to skip.
Ice cream is decent. The fried banana is solid. Go to Tulum for the best Thai food.
Prosecco by the glass was surprisingly good.

Please read carefully. I come from a European culture that deeply values authentic cuisine, not pre-prepared or fast food. As a food scientist who has lived in Asia and dined in both Michelin-starred and the finest local restaurants, I have high expectations. I’ve also experienced top Thai restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. Therefore, I expected this hotel chain to uphold the standards of authentic Thai restaurants like those in Phuket or Bali. I was disappointed to find that the food here was overly sweetened with sugar instead of palm sugar, which is the most common and authentic sweetener used in Thai cooking. It’s unfortunate for those who cannot taste the difference, and the hotel should be ashamed for not meeting these culinary standards

Unacceptable level of service. We were not allowed to enter the hotel for 30 min because the restaurant's error. Then they were unreachable by telephone, despite 3 different people trying to call them. And all we got in response from the manager was blaming everyone else.

The shrimp dish was lovely. The satay was soso. We didn't like the beef satay at all. The mixed seafood with sauce was mediocre . Sauce over powered the seafood . Very expensive for Thai cuisine!

Delicious Thai food and curries. Great selection of appetizers and kids menu. Everyone loved their food and drinks. The Thai version of the carajillo was excellent. We love seafood and had so many shrimp dishes. The view at night and welcome (rose water and towels) set the tone. Highly recommend.

Absolutely hands down our favorite meal while staying in Mayakoba! The moment we arrived, Jazmin made us feel so welcome and made us feel so special. We were visiting for our honeymoon and was such a beautiful restaurant to celebrate. We were taken to our table where German helped us and was also truly so kind. He was quick and gave great recommendations! The prawns and pad Thai are a must! Overall, the food, staff and ambience made this place a must visit. We look forward to the next time we can come back to visit!

The experience on a boat arriving to the restaurant was one to remember - simply beautiful. Upon arrival you are greeted like you are royalty. Unfortunately, the food was not one of the best. It was not near Thai cuisine and the noodles tasted like Italian noodles. Service was very slow and the staff did apologize for that.
