Demasiado ruido y casi no había clientes. Apenas podía escuchar lo que conversaba con mi esposa. Aparte, durante toda la cena no pudieron otra cosa más que videos de reggeton qué lo detesto. Fuera del volumen de ruido y el tipo de música todo muy bien

This is the 4th time we celebrate a birthday at this location. Every time we're in Playa del Carmen, we make a reservation here. We love the attention to service and the feeling of safeness we get at this restaurant. They have a room where kids can play and that is a special detail that allows for other guests to eat in peace without kids running around. Which i believe is a special detail. We also received a special treat to celebrate a birthday which was special to us. The ambiance was perfect and the food was delicious. This place never ever disappoints!

We came here for a nice dinner with our large group of 15 celebrating my best friend's bachelorette. Food was great! Steak and broccoli that I will be thinking of forever. Cocktails were also delicious with table side preparation. The ambience was lively and energetic the entire time. Dylan and Nancy were amazing along with the rest of the team who was all very attentive to our group. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back again.

Just stop by because it's prime... everything is super expensive in that place...

When there for our 17 year anniversary. The decor there is absolutely beautiful and has a very good feel when you walk in the door. The service however, was just adequate nothing special considering it’s a high-end expensive restaurant. I guess I was expecting a little bit more personal service.we waited a long time for everything with nobody really checking in on us in between. In contrast last year we went to Harry’s and the service was exceptional and very personal.
When it comes to food, this is where the problem started to arise. Being a famous steakhouse how could you run out of both kinds of rib-eye cuts from the menu? It’s the most popular cut in the world! My wife ended up ordering filet mignon even though I knew she wouldn’t enjoy it as much. We did have a good laugh, though when she attempted to cut the filet mignon with the non-serrated knives that they provide which are completely useless to cut lean meat like that. She was working so hard to cut it as it was sliding around the plate that the meat actually flew off onto the table and we were both in tears because it reminded us of the scene in Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts and the “slippery little suckers” ha ha! I ordered mushroom risotto (I’m vegetarian) it was very tasty but WAY too salty I almost sent it back but it took forever to arrive and I didn’t want to wait again.
The mixology cart that is pushed to the table was probably the highlight of the meal. The Watermelon martini he made was very very delicious!
All and all we did have a fantastic time and enjoyed everything, just not at the levels to be expected at a place of this caliber… will come back and give it another try for sure and if it’s better will update this review ??

La comida es muy buena. La atención del Personal es excelente. Solo que no tenían varias cosas del menú, incluidos cortes básicos como Rib Eye. En general la experiencia es buena.

Very nice location upstairs over Porfieros. The food and service was excellent! Loved the centro de lomo steak and house made non-alcoholic drinks! The beans and sauces and the salts they bring oit for the steak were superb as well.

Ik ben zelf vegetariër, maar mijn man houdt van een goed stuk vlees. Het is het beste dat hij in tijden heeft gehad. Ook ik had heerlijke risotto, dus voor vegetariërs ook voldoende opties. Onze kinderen kregen geen genoeg van de pasta van het kindermenu. Kortom, aan elk gerecht is aandacht besteed. Oké je betaalt ervoor, maar het was iedere cent waard.

What good attention! I think it has been one of the places where the waiters have been the friendliest. The bar at the place is incredible, and the food is served quickly.

The waitress Ale took care of our table, from the moment she received us, she was super friendly, very attentive, she gives good suggestions, she is simply excellent, congratulations and as for the dishes, everything was delicious, the only bad thing is that some dishes that are on the menu do not have them. in stock, maybe it's lack of inventory or whatnot. Incredible service and very attentive hosts.
