What a terrible experience I just had at Subway on Constituyentes. Everything seemed fine until i asked the young lady for more ranch on my sandwich. The first time i asked she seemed reluctant but she added a little bit more. It wasn’t enough so I asked her again… this third time she rolled her eyes at me and instantly got an attitude like i was inconveniencing her by asking for more ranch. All of a sudden she had a really bad attitude. She then tried to embarrass me by exclaiming that she already put Ranch on my sandwich 3 times. Yall she seemed so frustrated by this request, almost as if the amount of ranch she was putting on my sandwich was directly affecting her pay check. I told her the attitude wasn’t necessary but instead of apologizing she continued to be rude and wrapped the paper into my sandwich and walked off. There were no other customers behind me so she just walked to the back. I’ve never heard of Subway not giving extra veggies or dressings in the meals or salads. But for this young lady, the request seriously pissed her off. I come here all the time and have never experienced such terrible service. I wont spend my money here again. If you’re a stickler for good customer service i wouldn’t recommend you come here either.

Parking: Parking in directly in front of the store, there are only a few spaces and they are never available.

Rude, ignorant employees behind the counter. I didn't want BBQ on my steak sandwich. I wanted mayonnaise instead. The girl and her not so nice co-worker kept pointing at the description of the sandwich and refusing to not put BBQ on it in lieu of mayonnaise. I was going to order a second sandwich for my daughter but I left disappointed. Sometime employees here in Mexico can be so short sighted and NOT customer service oriented. I am sure the BBQ sauce costs more to make then mayo. Not only did they loose out on another sandwich I was going to buy, but I'll never go back. I'll go somewhere that values the customer.

Easily, the best, Subway and Playa Del Carmen.
They have a lot of table to eat at and it’s clean. Also, the food service area is clean. They are not out of stock. They have everything you need.

Nice and friendly workers, they have enough staff on the clock so they can serve you faster. The quality of the cookies was by far the best same with the bread the meal everything was amazing here. I recommend this Subway.

It felt like being in America again.

The cordiality and empathy towards the client is almost non-existent, on the part of the ladies who serve there, they argue it is because they bring face masks, which is why they don't smile at people either.

We ordered one sandwich for the road. We were in a hurry, the staff was very slow and impolite. They refused to put in vegetables, they said it was impossible! (Tomatoes and cucumbers) What’s not allowed? It’s not clear, they just refused, they served one for about 15 minutes….

Hello! Although the sandwiches were delicious, we ordered some grilled fries and they were ugly, we told the girl to give us our money back but she ignored us and told us that her palate was delicate, her partner also noted the same thing. Being tourists and being treated badly seems out of place.
It will probably be the last time you visit the place.

Way too expensive. And they never get your order right.

Quality within the standard of the fast food chain, including the facilities. The bread was fresh. I chose the option of the day, very tasty. The sauces are very good too, because of the language the names were a little different, but I believe it's the same standardized by the sub way network. As for the price, there was no surprise, within the usual price, I paid $52 pesos, equivalent to $14 reais or $2.9 dollars. The service was very good.

The basic when you forget your food. Sometimes the guys who serve are peeling and if it's uncomfortable but at least they don't neglect their work.

The staff actually close the store at 940 pm. Not 11 like they claim.

The place is quiet and cozy, I ordered the boneless sub and it was very good, the combos do not exceed 200 pesos, even 30 cm, and the service is very good, always clean.
