I ordered the 4-pack of subs through Uber eats. Select the type of cheese, ingredients, toppings and type of bread, which they completely ignored, they gave me the bread they wanted or had and we didn't even talk about the toppings or they simply didn't add them or gave them a taste. I do not recommend ordering at this sub through Uber eats.

Terrible experience I had today when they didn't want to sell me a Subway the way I wanted it, telling me that it was a COMPLETELY CLOSED recipe and I couldn't add any other ingredients. I proposed the solution that they would not sell it to me as the one with a closed prescription but another one that would be the same but that I could add whatever I wanted and they denied me the service.

Everytime we order off Rappi they take over 2 hours for them to start cooking it, and everytime we order over 6 cookies, they get the cookies completely wrong.

My experience ordering delivery is good, we bought a combo of 4 subways and they were a good size, with the right proportion, completely prepared and following most of the instructions I gave them.The flavor was average, just like in any other subway, although I give them credit because they had all the ingredients, something that had been failing in all the chains of this restaurant since the pandemic.Cleaning was good, it came with napkins and accessories just as I requested, and they were also labeled so as not to get confused.The only bad thing is that they were confused with one of the subways and they sent us a completely different one, so I recommend that you review the order before accepting it.In the restaurant they have a section of tables to eat in the place, the service is fast and they have average prices in line with other chains.
