Worst service ever. They cannot handle so many people so they make you wait a lot for getting in and get your food done. Aside that the waitress get our order wrong and was expecting we accept it anyways. So we called the mannager and ruined our experience trying to make us pay for their mistake. Avoid this place. There are a lot of better options in sushi in Playa del Carmen.

Absolutely fantastic food, service was great and they have air con! The food was fresh and very reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend

The quality really dropped and I noticed a lack of taste Ordered a specific roll and received a wrong one with outdated ingredients and no apology about it Staff quite annoyed and not very friendly (the jefa en línea)

Got a warm welcome here, and then got a seat in a nice corner overlooking the restaurant. A great place for some amazing sushi, kids loved it too. Also other tasty options. Very pleasant service, thank you all. Will be back.

We eat a lot of sushi and this is one of the best I’ve tasted. I went with my teenage kids and they loved it too. It was so good we went twice!

We love going to this restaurant with my partner. They have excellent sushi, the quality of the fish is very good, very fresh, the portions are generous and the service is great / fast. Our waiter last time was Renee and he was amazing. One of the best service we had in Playa. I would highly recommend going there!

Great food and great service from our waiter Lubin, who was very thoughtful of our vegetarian needs and we really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

Horrible service I ordered my lunch to go cause I was coming from work and traffic tired 1:30 hour before arriving and the restaurant didn't start my order until I arrived , empty restaurant 15 people on service and they couldn't give me my food quickly 50 usd on rice n fish. All of this is fault of the manager Judy who gives terrible orders to the staff and they can not do anything. And she's not even at the place doing her job !!!! Go to sushi club !!! This place sucks

The service was good, it was 2x1 in rolls, and we got it but later they said the rest of the rolls can't take them for to go. So it seems they prefer that we throw them away instead of people taking food to go

This was the worst sushi I have ever had. The service was awful. The menu shows you pictures of something that looks nothing like the real thing. The rolls had no flavor and very little fish in them. We expressed this to the waiter nicely who has nothing to say. When it came to paying I used my ATM. (Only time I used my card on this trip.) Someone saved my card info and used my card at a gas station in Zapopan Jalisco. No where near where I was. Don’t eat here!! So disappointing

This tidy, casual dining spot on Quinta Avenida offers outstanding dishes at very reasonable prices. As most restaurants are the open air type, I initially chose it to enjoy some air conditioned comfort. The menu is very extensive, running several pages. For lunch, I had Kani Gyozas dumplings, stuffed with crab and cream cheese. Perfection! Followed by Ramen Chasu. A small order had 3 pieces of pork belly, the large order has six! The broth was so rich and flavorful, I didn’t leave a spoonful behind. All combined, my lunch cost only $315 pesos, plus a tip for the excellent, friendly service. I’ll be returning to try their signature rolls and other dishes many times. If there’s a better Japanese restaurant in Playa del Carmen at this price point, I’d sure like to know where it is.

Very very good service, we had restriction but the staff handle it very good. The food is also amazing and they offer 2+1 sushi rolls on Tuesday after 17:00

The sushi is super tasty and they are super friendly the place is comfortable and super nice and the prices are affordable
