THE WORST RESTAURANT

They denied me a glass of water, when by law they should give you a glass. The awful food. It's worthless, don't go and better go anywhere but here. The manager and waiters were the worst and most rude. NEVER GO.

I'm a local and I often go to sushi kenBut the service got worse and worse and yesterday they ruined my dinner.A waitress made a mistake when writing down my order and when the wrong dish arrived I returned it and she insisted that the mistake was mine.First he told me that I couldn't drink water from my thermos, I understand it and I asked him for a glass of water and he told me a bottle, I responded "glass, I don't like plastic bottles and he replied "you already ordered a Lipton" implying that It was a plastic bottle. I didn't understand why he questioned me.I ordered Manchego cheese kushiage and it was brought from Philadelphia, I asked him for the change and he said no because it was our mistake that we had ordered that way.I told her how I would order something I don't like, and she replied if you like it because the sushi has Philadelphia cheese. 1 should not have answered me that. I'm the customer and he never understood it. 2. I don't have to explain that I don't like biting into a piece of Philadelphia but I do like a small portion in sushi. I REPEAT you do not have to question me. She said she wouldn't make the change because she was wrong several times and of course I got quite angry at her absurd answers. After insisting, he made the change.Their manager walked by my table but didn't say anything or ask what had happened.For me, if a table had a problem they should have said, at least we are solving it, an apology.When I was charged, the same waitress said, “Your account is closed, right?” I replied with “10%” and as you know, that tip was for the rest of the staff, not for her because she didn't deserve it.I repeat, they ruined my dinner.Sushi Ken the customer is not questionedThey were THREE TIMESAnd although I like Ken sushi and was a frequent customer, I will not return and I do not recommend
