I love the cakes here. Our last acquisition was an Oreo cake. Simply spectacular. The creaminess and flavor of this was a good ingredient for the party. Delicious.

very good place with varied and delicious cakes, the presentation of some seems simple to me and for the price it doesn't seem very fair to

It's weird when people tell you they don't have change as if it were your problem as a customer. If they don't have change, and they don't move to get it, perhaps it's because they don't want to sell, or it's not their business; and therefore, they do not give much importance to the situation.

I entered a Tere Cazola for the first time in my life, and it was this one. I was accompanying a friend who was going to buy a cake. I asked if they had anything vegan to which they said no. They don't have anything gluten or dairy free. Okay. I didn't expect the opposite.

The relevant thing about my experience is that my friend was going to pay for a tiramisu that cost almost $435 pesos, with a bill of exactly $500 pesos. When he gave the bill to the cashier, he said with an attitude that “he didn't have change.”

We responded that we did not bring change and that was what we brought to pay. To which she replied again that neither was she and that if we wanted, we could pay with a card. We responded AGAIN that no, our payment was going to be in cash.

Why, as a customer, do you have to solve payment issues for them when it is their business and they are the ones who offer the products?

I would understand if we had wanted to buy something for $15 pesos and pay with a $500 bill, but that wasn't the case.

If they really want to sell it is the store's responsibility to have change. Especially when those products can be found elsewhere.

I asked if I couldn't go get change, because we didn't have any. The cake was about $435, and the ticket was $500. To which he again responded no.

I told him for the second time that we didn't bring change, only the $500 bill. He said we could wait for other people to pay. We waited and after they paid the people again said they didn't have change, and even showed us the bills. Again with an attitude and an appearance of “well, let's see how they do it, it's not my problem.”

Given the employee's denial and her lack of action to solve it, my friend decided to go change the ticket at the Super Aki that is next door.

While there, we saw the cakes. The truth is that they were very good. And without planning it, we ended up buying them there. We bought two tres leches cakes with strawberry that were the same size as the tiramisu, and all for less money. The cakes cost $175 each. In total it was $350 for both of them, and they did accept the $500 bill.

They should have cash change. They lost a client because they didn't have one, and because of the unproactive attitude of the employee who didn't do much to resolve it. In the end, my friend saved money, and bought two cakes instead of one.

Other than that, the place looks clean, and has air conditioning.

In google, it marks closing time 10, I arrived at 9:28, they had already cut off and they do not want to attend to him because the employees already wanted to leave, modify their closing hours to avoid this! Bad service

Sandy De la cruz

Ugly, dry, expensive cake, fine pastry has nothing, they say natural fruits and are jams. They tell you one price and charge you another. I do not recommend it

Manuel Barocio

Tasteless, dry cakes, without natural fruits and also very expensive, the poor quality is noticeable. I hope they bring a Globe or at least one hope.
