"At The Burger Custom Made I ate one of the best burgers of my life. The meat is juicy and tender, the cheese melts perfectly and the buns are nice and crispy. The selection of toppings is huge and leaves nothing to be desired. I was particularly impressed The fresh salad dressing was served with crispy fries that were perfectly seasoned. I can highly recommend this restaurant."

We got there maybe a little bit after 4 and realized that they closed at 5. Burgers, truffle fries, and the kids' menu were good. However, it is on a pricey side. Burger didn't come with anything. If you want fries, it's a la carte.The server was knowledgeable but lacked customer service.

Grand Luxxe is the highest end hotel of Vidanta resort area in Riviera Maya. Lots of varied restaurants, beautiful pools, and 1000 acres of jungle are the definite plusses. Downside crazy pre paid $300 weekly resort fee for wifi and minor amenities, and $2000 dollar incidental fee on credit card at check in to guarantee charges are paid by you are you kidding me. You will enjoy resort for its amenities and very nice and fancy rooms, but the mentioned charges are a downer in my opinion.

It's the only resort that has Cirque de Soleil . Stayed here for 7 nights. Pools are huge, restaurants so many and a beach front property. It has golf cart service to bring you to all areas of the resort. So huge that you can't walk from place to place.
One of the better lunch places on a resort full of good places... excellent selection of great burgers, chicken and various fish sandwiches in a relaxed atmosphere.

Compared against other restaurants at Vidanta, I think this burger joint does not offer enough value considering its prices. The food is good but the value-price relationship is way off.
