It's not that I don't know how to eat badly, but the menu has nothing to do with Spanish cuisine, an attempt at white garlic that even the waiter can't tell the difference because he told me it was gazpacho. Don't expect Spanish cuisine because you won't find it.

I dont ever review. How ever if you are looking for a high end Michelin Gastronomic Experience, along great knowledgeable staff. THIS IS IT! Be prepared for an 8 course plus experience spread out timely.

I was at the hotel and the service has been magnificent, the hotel is very quiet, the hygiene protocols are excellent, all the staff use face masks and there are antibacterial gel stations in all the restaurants. The stay was magnificent and relaxing.

Went to Ventanas Sunday evening. ordered our meal. Service was very slow. Staff forgot my wife's second course completely. The staff basically said nothing until the third course when the waiter made a quick apology, not sincere. We received our first course, at the same time I received my second course. before I finished with my second course I received my third. Very rushed. I had ordered the steak medium rare but it was a cheap cut of meat, cold and very hard to cut with a dinner knife (steak knifes are not supplied). My wife had the catch of the day, which was flavorless and overcooked. Dessert was small and mediocre. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
