The food is very bad, an orangeade was not natural, it was from a sachet (tang) the same as a sangria, it was from a sachet, it looked like pure paint.

Visit this beach club on March 9, 2024.Obviously the price is not the same for everyone. Normally 400 per person is 300 credit. There were 2 of us, so 800 and logically 600 credits.The waiter asks us to pay extra, indicating that the credit is 300 for the 2 of us. He takes the money directly from his pocket. One more thief, we won't come back!

I found this Beach Club to be one of the best deals in Playa del Carmen. For 400 pesos per person you get a beach lounge chair and umbrella and 300 pesos credit for food/drinks. Just look for the red umbrellas next to the public beach area. I used to always to Wah-Wah when it was owned by the previous owner, so now I'm still enjoying it!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids playing in the sand and water right in front of the lounge chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is right on the beach.

Incredibly bad service. The staff nonchalant, tried on several occasions to get their attention but without success. Ordered 2 fries and 2 beers, the beer came straight away but the food took 40 minutes and only after I went to the bar and asked for it.

A great spot if you want to enjoy a lounger by the beach - it’s only $250 pesos for two people and we didn’t get stiffed on extra services charges (which lots of other beach places do).One thing to note - do not leave anything behind if you want to leave to get some lunch or go for a massage. My friends sarong got swiped when we left to get some food, we did get back eventually when the people near us realised we were looking for it (they were “looking after it” for us)

It's a great place to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere! I enjoyed a few beers while taking in the beautiful ocean view. The service of the waiters was outstanding, always attentive and willing to make you feel comfortable.Although the aguachile did not meet my expectations, the tacos were a success. They were generous in size, and tasted delicious too.I would definitely go back for a nice afternoon by the sea. Ideal to relax and disconnect!

Great beach club with nice restaurant. We stayed at the Kinta khan Hotel and It was great to have a seaview breakfast or snacks and drinks by the beach
Besides slow. Staff have bad memory. I ordered a margarita with don Julio and a mojito. Later the server comes back 15 mins later asking what I ordered? Then we ordered 3 waters. Waiting . . . . . I went to the front and he was O I Forgot! Besides that the food was good and the tequila shots don Julio at a reasonable price.IG: love_to_exist.
