We went for dinner, the seasoning was good, the service was good, the dishes were very late, while some of us finished eating, others were still not served.

Well, all good, I was looking for a place where I could have a quick breakfast and get billed, in this area.
The food was good, and at a reasonable price, considering that Playa del Carmen is expensive, it was Eggs with chilaquiles, fruit and coffee, with two pieces of bread to eat the eggs, the service was friendly and fast..

This is like a want to be Denny’s restaurant in the US.
There are many food options with different dietary restrictions but the food wasn’t great.
Pancakes are served without syrup.
They had a special menu option with avocado toast bread with an egg and a salad.
I asked for the toast only, no salad and the egg must be well done.
They brought with a runny yolk!! I asked to cook it more.
We asked 2x for more napkins and yet the waiter would forget. He brought my water right before we left!! In the entire restaurant, there were only 4 tables and several waitresses so not sure what was going on with the waiter.
The restrooms weren’t clean, no soap and not toilet paper in neither men’s or women’s restrooms.

The service is not like before, you arrive and the hostess no longer fulfills her function of welcoming you and accompanying you to your table, the hostess chatting and ignoring you, there are like 5 waiters and no one is capable of bringing you the menu, they just ignore you like If you didn't exist, you no longer feel a warm atmosphere, the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's annoying and sad because they make your food sour and waste a lot of time, they should change all the staff.

i ordered my food and they gave me a wrong order ; and the eggs are not so well cooked ; when my family just finished ordering they just gave me my food

As always, it is a place of good experiences, I worked there and now as a client I always visit VIP's and I highly recommend it...

Not to good machaca is beef shredded , we where told it was powdered never heard of that no taste at all , un orginzed we had few waiteress come with duplicate drinks

The food is very delicious, good portions and good price.
The service leaves a lot to be desired, they take a long time to take the order, they take a long time to bring the accessories for the food and the dishes come missing their complement.
The restaurant in general is decent, a little dirty.
At the end of the day, when we brought the ticket, they charged what it was only that instead of entering the ordered items, they entered packages of donuts.

Appalling!!! We arrived and no one welcomed us, after 10 minutes I had to get up to get the menus personally, in the end a waitress arrived who forgot to bring us a dish because "gossip is good", the lady was talking to her colleague, even On two occasions her classmates asked about her because she was absent much of the time.

Definitely the worst VIPs I have visited in the country.
