Chez Isabelle

We had an amazing experience at Chez Isabelle. From the manager, Manuel to Chef David, everyone is very accommodating and warm. The food is the best quality we’ve had in a long time . We will definitely come back another night to try other dishes from a very extensive menu.

Called and asked if khaki shorts were acceptable and they said yes, walked there to meet my party, and they turned me away as we were being seated.

Updated review - I came back, and Benjamin was amazing. The service was perfect, he showed us an amazing time. The food was good, but Benjamin was a champ. Made us laugh all night, let us try things. Benjamin for president 2024.

My sister and I had the most incredible dining experience at Chez Isabelle Excellence Riviera Cancun. Our server Benjamin was very professional, checking back often even as other servers helped us. He is also extremely personable and joked around with us while sharing personal stories. He made our Thursday night dinner into a special occasion and when we made a point of thanking him personally, he offered to take care of us again if we’re able to come back for another meal before we go home. Our compliments to Chef Stefany as well - every bite was an experience by itself and exceeded my expectations of the 5 star quality of Excellence Resorts restaurants. The best meal of my vacation by far.

Amazing experience here!!! I am so grateful to our server Aaron and chef for the attention to my anaphylactic allergies to certain foods. I was never made to feel uneasy or like I was an inconvenience. Thank you for a stress free amazing dinner.

Before Chez Isabelle, I did not believe it was possible for a restaurant at an all-inclusive to check all three boxes, so that made it all the more wonderful. Outstanding solo dining experience at Chez Isabelle! Warm, classy, authentic atmosphere. Superb attentive service from Aaron. Simply excellent food. Escargot starter was delicious, melt-in-your-mouth mushroom crepe, decadent French Onion soup, and the sea bass entree was outstanding! Vanilla creme Brule too! Highly recommend this restaurant, you'll love it!!
