Luis was our server and because of him this place rocked!Don’t get me wrong the food was delicious but sometimes the restaurants at resorts such as this one can become a disappointment due to inadequate service.Luis took the time to listen to our menu choices and also advised us on how to enjoy what we ordered. He even suggested ordering more items to ensure we had plenty to eat.Definitely worth the wait to dine here.

Food was ok! Our waiter was just ok at cin cin. He really wasn't that friendly, which was disappointing because we loved the resort, and the service was excellent everywhere else. we tried every restaurant on the property but our favorite was Mercure, our waiter Jesus was amazing! Belin the hostess was wonderful, I mean they were all amazing. Lourdes, our waitress at Carnival was Excellent! Really amazing service. Would definitely come back, but I won't be eating at cin cin when we do return.

Children are not allowed into the restaurant, the hotel has these rules, only outside and without a fan, !!! I am a client of the hotel, it is the second time that I return to the hotel, I pay for the services for my family "including the best suite in the hotel for the best comfort of the family, they do not allow me to go to a pool supposedly exclusively for adults and at night my wife pregnant, my daughter and I wanted to go try the restaurant and my daughter is not allowed to enter. I think it is a bit discriminatory. I see no reason for people to bother children in a family hotel. I think it is something absurd and ridiculous that they stay at home and ask for uber eats…. For this reason I would not return to places like this! The staff is very attentive but the rules of the hotel cannot live as old hermits, I recommended friends who came to the hotel and they did not like these laws and I think I will not recommend it again!

The food is good... the bad experience is with the time that they made us wait (40min) even when they had empty tables...and even worse...the gringos come in and in a crap they served them and their dishes flew away... .There really isn't much of a mother...and the gringo dogs don't even give them a tip and they go around lambiscones.
