It’s closed kids!

A small restaurant with very welcoming service.The night we were there there was a band playing nice music.We only had pizzas which were decent.

My little Italy is closed, it’s now Marie-Galante

I think the restaurant has been renamed Mar Galante.Reasonable prices, great service, wonderful food and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I am so sad about the end (now is close) of this exquisito place to enjoy amazing pasta and seafood-pizza. The best!!Viva Puerto Morelos!!

This has always been the absolute best place for pizza in PM ..... HOWEVER -- we spoke with the owner today and he has closed permanently. He loved bringing the flavors and tastes of his home country to the area but has decided that it is time for him to travel and enjoy the next season of his life.I will miss My Little Italy and wish him and his family the best.

Okay it is a long wait but if you call ahead it’s not a big deal and takes about 45 minutes. If you’re from the states it tastes a lot like dominos. We thought it was great.

The food was delicious.At least for us was spot on.My wife loves pasta.My wife order pasta if the day(had seafood)I order Alfredo with shrimp.Portions were big too.And for the kids we order pizza."We really enjoyed the food"If craving pasta, Hit this spot, after a busy day with the family at the beach.

Ordered sautéed shrimp. They were served in garlic butter sauce with shells on. Very messy to eat but I gave it my best. First two I attempted had not been cleaned at all—unclean and unappetizing. The third I tried was mushy (indicates spoiled seafood). I left the dish. The server asked me why I didn’t eat it. I was candid. The cook came out and I explained to him as well. No one offered to remove the charge from the bill. No one offered an alternative dish. Bottom line, maybe best to order pizza here.

Cute spot. Prompt service. Food, not so much. I ordered the sautéed shrimp. It arrive promptly== very large shrimps swimming in garlic butter sauce, but the shells were still on. I realize this is a matter of personal taste and some chefs leave the shells on but when they are in swimming in juice it’s very awkward to have to remove the shells. It makes for a very messy dining experience. I could have lived with that, but the shrimp had not been cleaned. Again a matter of personal taste, but I find that disgusting. I might’ve been able to get past that too, but the first shrimp I bit into was very mushy and mealy, not at all the firm plump flesh you expect fresh shrimp. The salad that came with the dish was fine, but the entrée itself was not. I didn’t eat it and the waitress asked why. I explained to her why. She brought the chef out and the prep cook as well. They asked me why I didn’t eat it and I explained to them as well. The chef told me that the reason the shrimp were prepared with shells on was so they would fill up the plate and make it look better. He had no explanation for why they weren’t cleaned or why they were mushy. No one offered an alternative dish and no one offered to take the dish off my bill. Bottom line I would say stick to pizza in this place.

Great pizza and salad. I wanted to swap the pepperoni for Italian sausage but am not sure what their Italian sausage was. Not good at all. It reminded me of Hillshire farms polish sausage. Other than that the pizza was great. Crisp thin crust with generous cheese and vegetables. I wish we would have got a half and half to try another variety.
