Our favourite was the fried fish taco - it was perfect. We also tried the fried shrimp, Marlin and fish pibil which were good. We loved the maracuyá juice and the coco flan was good too. The server was nice and everything was fast. We usually favour cheaper taco places but this place had a nice experimental spin on things and it was worth the experience.

The only bad thing is that there were too many flies and we had to scare them away so they wouldn't stop on our food, they should put some device to repel them.

Cool place with good food. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to add a bit more protein to the dishes. You tried tostadas. The black aguachile is not spicy at all so I wouldn't call it an aguachile ?

I loved the stop at this place. I ordered a delicious burrito and a fresh and delicious salad with tuna. The flavor is memorable and the presentation of the dishes is careful and creative. A place to return to again and again. The service is good and they respond relatively quickly. The only detail is that when I went there were mosquitoes that were feasting on me and we had to use repellent, other than that being outdoors is uncontrollable everything was 10!!! The fried sweet potato is great too. ? Perfectly suitable for vegetarians.

Vegetarian options: There is a delicious wrap whose flavor is unmatched and very creative salads whose combination is exquisite.

Dietary restrictions: A very healthy place to eat.

Kid-friendliness: It is outdoors and children can be there without a problem. It is a warm environment.

I love coming to eat at Pecao, the food is very delicious, with fresh and good quality ingredients, the dishes I like the most are the shrimp tacos, the aguachile tostada, the papaya salad, and the chicharra salmon, and they have A brownie with ice cream that is to die for! The place is very cool and a breeze blows under the palm trees and on hot days I don't want to leave here.

I'm not a fan of spreading negativity, but here is a truly egregious case of the service industry. It was the middle of a hot day and I wanted to pop in for a quick tostada. The cafe was almost empty and I made the choice to sit at a large table with a fan hanging over it. By the way this is not my first time at this establishment, I have always sat at this table, been gracious and left a tip. On this day, the waiter was not very happy with my choice of table, she asked me to move to a smaller table. To which I replied to her that I was really hot and wanted to sit under a fan. Also there were a few free big tables, but I still specified that if there was a need and a big company came I would easily move to a small table. Especially since I didn't expect to spend much time there. Then she told me the fan wasn't working. This seemed strange to me as I had been there a few days before, sitting at this very table and the fan was working. I told her this, to which she continued to insist that it does not work and defiantly went to the switch and turned it a little bit, the fan began to spin a little bit and she immediately turned it off insisting that it does not work. I said that it had been working couple days ago, went to the switch and turned on the fan, which was working just fine. I don't understand why they had to make such a big comedy out of not letting me sit at the big table for 15 minutes. I went to wash my hands and then said that they don't really care about the comfort of their customers. To which this waiter started pointing me with his hands to the exit. Outraged by this behavior, I started making a video of what was happening with my explanation of the situation. I am attaching to this review a photo of this waiter who was smiling big time and seemed very happy with this behavior. As a resident of Puerto Morelos, I will never again visit this place where customers are treated with such disrespect. I also do not recommend you to visit this establishment, as such attitude to customers is a disgrace and absolutely unacceptable in the field of service. As a customer I have the right to choose any table and sit where I want. Thank you for a spoiled lunch. Thanks to you that day I discovered another place with great food, cozy atmosphere and wonderful staff.
