Veggie Veggie Street Food

Really tasty food. Unfortunately when we visited they were sold out of MOST of the menu. But we still had some really great food. Negative: There was a group of adults visiting at same time who has a group of maybe 6 kids with them who were screaming and running around like idiots most of the time we were there. Not the restaurants fault obviously- but to any adult reading this who has a child, take responsibility for your douche bag offspring and do not inflict your child's twatishness onto others on a night out in a nice restaurant. But restaurant otherwise was great. Good service and recommended place for dinner.

We enjoyed our meal at Veggie Veggie in Puerto Morelos. The "rabbits foot" salad with the seitan chicken was flavorful with lots of nice sunflower seeds and avocado on top.

Cute little place. Seems quite popular with the vegan community, as it was busy at 1 and 2 pm. Many options on the menu were sold out, but out of the few tacos I tried, the flavours were decent. The server was a pleasant enough guy, but he seemed to be run off his feet while serving 9 tables and 20 people. Poor guy forgot my drink twice - it finally arrived by the time I was almost done. 😅😆 Overall the food was decent and the service was ok, considering the circumstances. Admittedly I've had better vegan street tacos on the west coast, but I'll definitely be back to this place to try more options on the menu. Edit: Baja tacos arrived last. They were by far the best value out of what I ordered, considering their size. The flavour was so-so [to me] though, and they were extremely messy as the battered cauliflower was way too large for the tortillas. Unfortunately I was preoccupied with writing this review and didn't take a picture before I started eating them. 😆 Updated from previous review on 2025-01-28

We only planned to stop for a fresh juice and ended having dinner two nights in a row at this place.

Monopoly does not necessarily mean they will be lazy. Yes, they are the best (and only) vegan restaurant in Puerto Morelos, yet they really serve some of the best food in Quintana Roo. The menu is very varied, from burgers to choripan, vietnamese roll to nachos. Oh, don't forget the large selection of smoothies and juices. We ate here multiple times and will continue while in Puerto Morelos.

I walked in right before closing and they were still able to make me food and a smoothie to go! Delicious options for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommend the Al pastor and birria.

Wow, seriously the best food we’ve had in Puerto Morelos…and we’re not even vegetarian! The depth of flavors, everything prepared really fresh and with great care, healthy but rich,
using unique ways to make traditional Mexican food vegan. We had the birria special, three tacos (taquiza) served on blue corn tortillas, and a slushie and it was impossible to choose a favorite! Super reasonable prices for elevated food.

We arrived shortly before they were closing and they were more than happy to let us stay as long as we wanted—insisted we take our time and enjoy our meal. So very kind and attentive service. Very charming ambiance, especially at night. Our server spoke Spanish and perfect English, which was nice for a bilingual couple. The chef even came out before we left to check and make sure we enjoyed our meal. I can’t say enough good things about what an incredible experience we had! Serious yum!!

Everything we have tried at this restaurant has been to our liking. It is a simple, comfortable place and the service is very good.
