The only actively operating restaurant in the town of Punta Allen that was well attended. The ambience, the beer and the service were absolutely okay. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was - if at all - at snack bar level. The nachos con queso in particular are not recommended because the cheese had a consistency more like béchamel sauce and the grilled fish fillet was very watery and tasteless.

Kitchen closes at 8:30 and it takes time to cook.Order your food, get a beer and then wait on the patio. You can go on the dock and look at the stars at night.I got whole fried fish - price is set based on the size of the fish.

Cosy restaurant recommended by our host. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. However, the food wasn't that great. For a fishing village, we expected some nice seafood. The fish was watery and didnt feel fresh. Big problem was with the ceviche. We specifically asked very clearly whether it was possible without cilantro. They said yes and we ordered without cilantro. The Ceviche came with a lot of cilantro.. and I mean a lot. When we pointed it out they took away our plate, confirming allergy, and then just came back with the same plate and still half of the cilantro on it.. We had to order a 2nd dish, paid for all 3, and didn't receive any apology.

The most delicious fish I have tried since I can remember, the fried catch of the day

A nice place with affordable prices, the food is delicious and well served, practically all the seafood is fresh and well prepared, the only drawback is that they can't give you a glass of simple water!!!! Strike out for that!

The place is excellent to go to eat, and have a quiet time, although there is nothing to do on that small pier, I really liked the food, I will consider returning but only if there is a tour because going by car is a very heavy road.

We asked a resident of Punta Allen where to go to eat excellent fish. She recommended the Muelle Viejo restaurant to us and we thank her.
We had little time, so we had two quick and easy dishes (photos).
It was ultra-fresh and excellent!
Our lunch on the terrace in front of the bridge and the Caribbean Sea is one of our best memories of our two weeks of vacation in Mexico.
