One of our best meals in the area. A wonderful mix of Mexican inspired cuisine. Portion sizes were good - easily sharable for both the appetizers and main courses. Wonderful ambiance as well. Get there at six to enjoy late afternoon light and sunset - you will not be rushed. But be clear about the table location you want (outdoor or indoor) when you book to avoid disappointment. Would return!

Didn't know what to expect and we enjoyed it that much as we are going back again this week. We spoke to the chef who takes great pride in his restaurant. He won't disappoint

Delightful experience and dinner. Staff was all outstanding. Our waiter, Paco, made wonderful menu recommendations and served us so well. Each dish we ordered was unique and creatively presented. We loved the fresh burratta and bone marrow for starters. The cacao churros were the perfect way to end our meal.

Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is very kid-friendly and we saw several families enjoying dinner together.

Not as good as the other restaurants at the St Regis but just as expensive. So that wasn't ideal. Good was good and of course the restaurant was pretty inside with a beautiful view just not great food.

We were not guests at Etereo but decided to come for Christmas dinner. When we booked it did not mention that it was a prix fixe meal. Definitely some sticker shock that dinner for four with a bottle of wine would be almost $900!! That said, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, open and airy, overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful experience! Delicious food, great service, and amazing cocktails. Our server provided delicious recommendations- chicken mole, bone marrow, short ribs. Beautiful ascetic and an overall wonderful dinner.

Simply lovely. Brunch was amazing, tried the apple velvet mimosa and everything that followed kept the same level of deliciousness. I didn’t want to leave

Diverse Mexican dishes with small and large plate options makes it a good place to try several items and share with others. Our server, Biene, helped us with recommendations and the items she advised us to order were our favorites of the meal. The highlights were the Cerdo Pelón Conchinita Pibil and the Slow Braised Short Rib. The latter is served with tortillas but you could also enjoy it without. We finished with the chocolate churros.Note that guests staying at the St Regis and the soon to be opened Edition can ask for a golf cart shuttle ride over to the Estero for dinner here at Itzam.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and the team interacted well with the baby at another table.

Lugar muy cómodo y agradable, alimentos y bebidas con buena presentación y en general muy ricos, atención y servicio increíbles. Todo correcto. Sin duda intentaré visitarlos de nuevo. Gracias ITZAM.

We were staying at a nearby resort and visited Itzam for dinner. This dining experience blew everything out of the water!! The atmosphere, food, presentation, cocktails, are all top notch, on the level of top NYC restaurants where we are from. But the service is what really made this meal special. Ulysses took such amazing care of us, made us feel at home and recommended some really incredible tequilas and mezcals to try. We had the best time with him! Miguel, the head chef also came over to introduce himself which we appreciated. Thank you Itzam for an unforgettable dining experience!

We elected to have the buffet instead of the prix fix menu for New Years. They had an amazing assortment of dishes, mostly Japanese. Food was good, but not worth the price. Service was fantastic. The hotel is gorgeous and the setting for dinner was beautiful. Glad we went just to see the hotel, but was very expensive and not worth it.
