Akuma Tiger Sushi

Ok, so this is the top rated sushi restaurant in Tulum. And for very good reason!

The food, the portions and the presentation, and the Flavors!

A truly delicious experience!

The cocktails were awesome and the atmosphere is almost Spa like.

If you like sushi and you are close to Tulum (I might even drive from Playa) you will not want to miss this!!

The best place to eat sushi in Tulum, the quality of everything they serve is evident.
The interior garden they have is ideal, all the waiters are very friendly and always give you the best service.
We visit the restaurant at least 1 time a week and are never disappointed!

I could say that it is one of the best rolls I have tried to date. The names of the dishes are difficult to remember but the roll that has flambéed Gouda: ? I can't get over how good it tastes! ?? the gyosas are also a gem. And Dani's service is always top, as is Adrián's, who apparently is no longer here. I always recommend it to everyone who asks me and those who don't too. The only “but” I would say are the prices, which are a little high for my taste.

The service leaves a lot to be desired for the price of the ticket, the waiters interrupt too much during dinner, it takes a long time to bring the dishes, we arrived at 9:30 p.m. and had dinner almost at 10:39 p.m., and at 10:59 p.m. they were charging us for the bill because The kitchen “closes”, when paying with  Pay, it must be in 3 payments because they have small terminals. And the food is not bad but the service is quite lacking

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was unexpectedly scrumptious, with a twist of smokey flavor from the burner. Our waiter is very welcoming, he explain every detail about menu and how to eat it. They prepare the food without the need for Wasabi nor soy sauce. Just pop it in your mouth. I highly recommend this place. There is some how parking in front of the restaurant amd it's a bit journey to get to it but definitely worth the risk. Enjoy.

The food in general is good, I don't recommend the cheese kushiage, the atmosphere is pleasant, nothing extraordinary, the service is fast and friendly, the chairs hurt a little, because they are made of mesh type metal and do not have cushions, it caught my attention that They do not print the account and only show it to you on a cell phone
