I have lived in Mexico for 15 years, and was so happy when I heard Boston Pizza was going to be in Tulum. The food quality compare to playa del Carmen is not the same, the cleanliness is less to be desired the restaurant is dirty, bathrooms filthy with no toilet paper and at times no water to flush or even wash your hands the restaurant has really decline in both service, professionalism and cleanliness. One of the girl at the reception Genesis slam the door in my face when I arrived at the restaurant, no acknowledgment nothing it was as if I was disturbing her. They are many nicer and respectful places in tulum where the place is clean and where customers are a valued. Boston tulum not a good choice.

I came here after leaving the ER. I was in serious pain and was hungry as can be. They greeted us right away, took our orders and food came out quickly and tasted delicious. I took it home and it tasted good the next day. Our waitress was very good and didn’t rush us out. Good time at Boston’s Pizza.

It is a very busy place and its value for money is very good. I recommend the meat pizzas and pastas. The lemons and orangeades are also delis. Also their potato cream is brutal

I know you don’t come to Mexico for Pizza, but I have tried a few pizza places here and Boston’s has been the best by far. The pizza had great flavor and a good thickness to the crust. If you want a break from Mexican food and want pizza this is the place to go to.
