Terrible service. I went to buy a family pizza and one of the girls who serves told me that I could take advantage of taking one that was already ready and that they had not had it for much time since they had taken it out, she touched it on the bottom of the box and it was hot, I hoped to take it and when I was on my way home and I opened it to eat a slice, the pizza was dry, without cheese and a little burnt, it was obvious that it was a product that they made badly and in order not to pay for it they wanted to stick it to a customer and this time It was my turn. I do not recommend buying from this site at all.

Today I ordered a pizza at 9:30 pm. Before 11am my order was marked as delivered on the tracker, but it didn't arrive until 11:40am. It would have been nice if they at least warned so I wouldn't have to look for another option for dinner. I have no problem with waiting, but more than two hours without warning is not a pleasant thing.

no pueden tardar 2,5 horas en entregar una pizza, y luego tienen la audacia de exigir el pago por un pastel frío que tardó tanto. No respetan a sus clientes, por lo que me entristece dejar una reseña negativa, pero es necesaria. We ordered 2 pizzas on the app, Tulum Quintana Roo branch, after 2 hours 20 minutes that it did not arrive we decided to go for something else for dinner, already in the car they dialed us to tell us that they were going to deliver the order to us (to avoid it being charge the staff, we accepted it and returned home) it took 1 more hour to arrive, the pizza was received by the ABNB butler when we received it, it was completely cold and in addition they did not give us the sauces that we requested because they did not have them, so they sent us others that we didn't want... what a shame that an Alsea company falls so low in its service
