After my experience here I was compelled to write my first google review ever. Don’t eat the fish. Was violently ill afterwards and projectile puked on my plane ride home in the airplane bathroom. I ate with my family, only my brother and I had the fish tacos, and both of us were vehemently ill afterwards while my other family members luckily escaped. I thought because this place was a tourist trap the food would be safe/well kept but clearly it was not. Staff didn’t love that we existed/were there at all. Do not go here. Or if you do, just order the fries like my wife and mom did. That was the safe play.

The normal service is nothing remarkable, the food is very bad, tasteless, they never have to charge by card, billing is a nightmare, their page always shows an error and if you send it to WhatsApp they take a long time and if you don't insist they won't send it to you.

We had to eat, and without looking at anything beforehand, we opted for this place, although it was practically empty. The truth is that it was neither fu nor fa. We got through without any trouble, the chicken was dry, the shrimp unpeeled and very average. Correct service, prices average for the area. Terrible service, the waiters are always sitting playing cards, they serve you whenever they want as if the restaurant was full, they don't accept payment by card because they want the tip in cash ? the food is expensive and bad, the place is nice, it's a shame for the lack The attention they have with national customers, the waiters from the moment you walk in and see that you don't have any dollars, treat you badly, they think they own the place, they forget that they are only employees. Mexican restaurant but which has lost quality like many in Tulum i.e. they do not take credit cards species only decent but expensive meal no guacamole with the excuse that they no longer have the chips to accompany toilets which could be cleaner I stay average satisfied
