Very bad service, they take 3 hours to prepare the pizza. And Melo, do they send everything stiff and reheated?
The service guys are quite onlookers and make them uncomfortable, if you are going to order at the counter... Apart from that, the pizzas are delicious

Terrible service, I was a customer for a long time and two or three times a week. But thanks to their terrible service, today they recommended Emilly's Pizzas to me and I was surprised...
They have exactly the same pizzas but with a lot more cheese, CHEAPER and their ingredients are of excellent quality. I think Mendez pizzas are a copy of Emilly's because they are the same... apart from that they offer you a clean and pleasant place to sit. I ate at the place and I was really surprised and the mendezes were increasingly poorly made, the last one I ordered looked like a quesadilla and the sauce was very bad...

From the moment they take your order they send you an audio that is not understood at all!
Then they promise to take it to you at a certain time but they take too long and they don't even have the attention to respond to your messages.

The best pizzas in Tulum, it's a shame that lately they changed the real mushrooms for canned mushrooms, but very good service and, a lot of hygiene and truly delicious.
