The place is very nice and the food is delicious...Especially the Birrias tacos and the quesadillas....with the Jamaican water with strawberry ?....we really liked it

El hotel es maravilloso y las instalaciones de lo mejor, nos encantó la alberca rodeada de vegetación. El staff muy sonriente, amable y servicial, la pasamos de lo mejor. Es un excelente lugar para una escapada en pareja o en familia, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Agradecemos la excelente atención de la recepción con Diana y Arumi, Jose nuestro Concierge atento en todo momento y Gilberto y su equipo de limpieza, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones.

Do not book this hotel! Myself and my partner booked to stay here, on the day of our departure from the UK we recieved a message from booking.com stating the our accomodation had been cancelled due to issues with the payment not being accepted. We contacted the number provided immediatley and we were informed that the hotel had moved all of their guests to another hotel that they owned called "Copal". Jade Tulum was no longer in action due to issues with electricity at the hotel. We arrive in Cancun and got our taxi to take us to Copal, we paid to stay there for one night. Jade Tulum hotel called us up asking why we hadn't arrived. I stated that I had booked another room at Jade, but this didnt matter because Jade Tulum had told us to go to Copal. Jade Tulum confirmed that they no longer operated under the Rumba group due to the fact Rumba had been stealing from the owners & investors. Copal was the only hotel that Rumba group had under their ownership, so they were cancelling reservations at other hotels they used to own and redirecting them to Copal. My main issue wasn't the issue with the fact that we had been scammed by the Rumba group that were redirecting active reservations. My issue was that Jade Tulum were still more than happy to take my full payment for the hotel. Even though they had their booking system compromised and due to this we ended up staying another night in another hotel. We wanted nothing to do with Jade Tulum of Copal, fortunatley we were able to book elsewhere. Jade Tulum made no effort to refund us and told us to take it up with the people that scammed us. They got paid for a room we never stayed in for a week. Just as bad as the people that scammed us in the first place. Disgusting, steer clear of the Jade Tulum, the Rumba group and Copal hotel. Its corrupt and they have no regard for their customers and their customers money.

This was such an amazing hotel! The staff was what really made me feel great, especially Jose the concierge! He went out of his way to communicate with me daily about the area, things to do, and took the time to get to know me as a person. I traveled alone so it’s always important to feel safe and feel like I have a friend wherever I go and Jose was just that. There were challenges with my experiences and transportation and he was able to help me find solutions, even on his day off. I had unique situations with bees and he helped with no questions asked! The hotel was beautiful! The room was comfortable and serene! I had everything I needed and will definitely be back! This was my best birthday vacation!

Atención bastante personalizada, trato agradable por parte de todos, especial de José quien nos atendió personalmente, un ligar muy tranquilo para estar, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Todos los servicios incluidos, y una alberca bastante agradable, ademas de gimnasio y otros servicios como servicio a la habitación.

Maravilloso, todo fue perfecto! Todo fue perfecto, servicio excelente de principio a fin, las atenciones que tuvieron no pudieron ser mejores. El hotel es idéntico a lo que ves en las fotos, absolutamente increíble, la limpieza impecable y siempre limpio. La decoración me fascino, muy moderna y fresca. Desayunamos en el restaurante, excelente servicio, pero nos quedamos con ganas de tener mas opciones para la tarde o la noche porque no quería tener que salir, pero si eres de las personas que les gusta la vida nocturna o salir a explorar la ciudad, tienes múltiples opciones, solo elige la que mas te convenga, yo preferí la paz y tranquilidad que tenía dentro del hotel. Nos encanto conocer a Gil y sus chicas de limpieza, Diana y José en la recepción, en especial a señorita Nathaly y Edgar que estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra salida para extendernos una invitación para regresar con familia y amigos. Fue triste despedirnos de estas grandes personas pero volveremos pronto.

Woman-owned business, best meal in Tulum! Order the frijol con puerco with lime, cilantro, and onion, and definitely the pollo in adobo. Smother everything in their amazing habanero salsa! It’s a little hard to find so be sure to ask for help finding it.
