The service from a tall, fat man is terrible, he was pressuring us because he wanted us to be drinking while we were there, although we had already been consuming drinks for a while, he still wanted to see you with something else in your hand if he didn't kick you out. They charge you the tip without you realizing it, it's a shame because the waiter Russel was kind and treated us very well.

Well. We had attentive staff that did not hover. Drinks were good. Mohitos had plenty of mint.Good was good.. I loved the shrimp tacos. That is until yhe next day. Both wife and I got good poisoning. I got it worse. We only shared the tacos and really did not eat much after that. I had two tacos and she had one.It's been a very uncomfortable last 24 hours

TOURIST WARNING ABOUT XULUM ZONA SANTA FE: Tulum’s ruins are beautiful and accessible by paying a tax fee and a ticket fee, as all monuments of due respect everywhere on earth. If you reach the area via Colectivo DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE, cross the road and begin your walk to the ruins pay what you owe and leave the place once you are done. Tourists alighting from any kind of transportation, mostly colectivos, are met by a group of people resembling very well some sort of public guide that has been put there by the council, wearing clothes with very official stuff written on and waiting by a gazebo with a “tourist information” sign. They start by explaining the way to the ruins and what needs to be paid, which sounds fair enough. However, they will propose this “amazing snorkelling experience in crystal clear waters where you will swim with turtles” with beach club included in Playa Paraiso, zona santa fe. Well let me tell you, it’s a rip off. Tulum is NOT suitable for snorkelling for the majority of months, the sea is covered in sargassum and although the snorkel is done off the coast it still is nowhere near crystal clear. Moreover, there isn’t a beach club, just umbrellas and some chairs, is not the place to hang around especially after an excruciating walk of more than 1 hour. After visiting the ruins make ur way back and go visit something else.

Badly, they sold us the excursion to see the turtles and the “beach club” included, which is 4 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas. The excursion was ok but the club was very poor.

It is a reasonable option for those in Playa Santa Fé, close to the Tulum Archaeological Site. Unfortunately prices are too high for the quality/quantity of food.
We parked at this beach for roughly $10 usd then walked to see the Ruins. This place was good to relax and have a drink after your hiking. Cannot comment on the food but the drinks were good and priced fair. The service was great. The only real downfall is the beach was quite dirty, but nonetheless we jumped in to cool off.

Scam scam scam!!! All the good reviews are their employees and not real! I spent over 2,000 pesos on a small lunch after paying 200 pesos for parking! The food was ok at best. The drinks were horrible. And then tried to use the bathroom on the way out and they tried to make me pay to use the bathroom! I finally had a enough and refused. Worst place I've ever been to in Mexico!!!

I am not understanding all of the bad reviews.We have spent almost if not everyday at this part of the beach!Service always fantastic!Prices very reasonable!Gamaliel has been the best host.Parking is easy. Beach is very clean for how busy it is. You can also walk to the ruins from this area easily.We can’t wait to visit this area again!We have nothing but love for this place ?
