Really good place, good music, The vibe from the staff and the people is good. I would come back to this place. It's a gem, not crowded, but very pleasant for conversations.

Amado Rudy and the crew took care of us the entire time we where there. Excellent service and they definitely made are night with keeping the lakers & warriors game on after they close. The sliders are great and the shrimp taco are great as well. Hopefully, they see this & it’s the tall guy.

Appalling!!! To access they tell me that the minimum consumption is 700 MXN PER PERSON! Sure if he consumed them, but it is very unpleasant that they force you

We stayed at Aloft and had breakfast each day. Eusebio and Valeria are wonderful. They are very friendly, professional, and provide prompt service. We did the buffet and there were fresh juices, beans, eggs, fruit, and some items that would rotate like pancakes or french toast. You can also order off of a menu if you do not want to eat from the buffet. We enjoyed the atmosphere and eating breakfast at the hotel was something we looked forward to. We definitely recommend!

All the staff and meals were great, both rooftop and restaurant. Even better value with hotel credit of $400MX daily

The service was top notch, they are very attentive and answered all of our questions about the food..breakfast was good the both mornings we went here…Eusebio and Ponarko took really good care of us…hopefully I didn’t butcher their names :)

We spent the weekend with family and all of the staff were more than accommodating. The waitstaff, especially Miguel, were amazing. Every drink and food they served us was perfect. The kindness of the staff truly blew us away. Miguel, thank you for an amazing vacation, we will be back very soon and we will spread the word!!!! If you are looking for a mix of comfort and family time, with fun for both adults and children, we would HIGHLY recommend Aloft Tulum!

This place is insanely addictive! The SERVICE is beyond words. Amado was warm, friendly, inviting and welcoming and encouraged me to explore the AMAZING GUACAMOLE and the INDESCRIBABLE Mango Tequila Welcome Drink. The food was beyond words. The guacamole was the freshest I’ve EVER had and I even had them personalize my guacamole by making it EXTRA EXTRA SPICY which they used FRESH HABANERO EXTRACT to accomplish. Miguel was a bartender extraordinaire. His drink recommendations, along with his artistic creativity of crafted cocktail drinks were “made with love” and they are nothing short of absolutely inspiring and hypnotic. Aloft ROOFTOP is a Non Negotiable MUST DO when in Tulum.

This spot has such an amazing view, great service, and delicious food! Amado, Claudio, and the chefs were great and very helpful when it came to checking for and accommodating our food allergies.

This was the second time we have patronized the Aloft Tulum, we love this place so much we have brought our friends and families both times booking out multiple rooms & suites. Virgilio is someone I would like to point out. He is so warm and enjoyable to be around. His skills for service have been incredible. Anything we needed, he was there. So quick, makes amazing drinks and is a great representation of how I would assume Aloft would want to be portrayed. He is a Gem 1000 starts if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friends and I came down to Tulum for a 6 day vacation and Aloft was fantastic. Virgilio will mix you a great cocktail and Claudio will point you in the right direction. They offer a great snorking trip that we highly recommend. 10/10
