The place is not ugly but it is quite limited. They charge you for parking but they don't give you space, they make you leave the car in a place where you may not be able to leave after a certain hour. The service is the worst, they bring you whatever they want when they want, they forget half of the order and they bring it an hour later and they don't even ask for an apology. I would never return. And they ask you for a minimum expense to use the facilities.

It's bad. It only gets three stars because there aren't many competitors around. A pretentious place that only stays in business due to the lack of options at the beach. The truth is, it's an expensive place with very mediocre food. The service is quite average as well. If you happen to be passing by, make sure to arrive early to get a decent table. The beer is expensive and warm. The ceviche has more onion than fish. And all this at a price well above the market.

Vandaag onze reis Mexico afgesloten op dit strand bij deze nette beachtent. Vooraf lazen we tegenstrijdige reviews over dit gebied, maar wij dachten let’s give it a try. We gingen de tweede weg erin gezien vanuit Tulum en kwamen zo bij een entree waar we 50 pesos pp moesten betalen (contant) Daarna konden we de auto bijna op het strand parkeren en bij de strandtent werden we gelijk goed geholpen. Mede omdat het low season was kregen we een sleciale prijs en dubbele ruimte!! Twee ligbedden, groot bed en later ook nog een tafel met 4 stoelen voor de lunch (dit voor de hele dag 500 pesos!) Daar heerlijke smoothies gedronken en ook de lunch was prima! Let wel als je de sandwich voor meer dan 1 persoon neemt krijg je geen volledige dubbele portie, maar voor ons was het voldoende. Wij hebben ons hier ruim 5 uur prima vermaakt.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lastig met al het zand, maar je kunt tot 50-75 meter vh strand met de auto komen.

It was places like this that made me regret traveling to Mexico and value my Brazil more. 100 pesos per person for a very bad structure, as well as signs warning that they are not responsible if your car or the things inside it are stolen. A sign next to it warns that it is a robbery area. Does not include anything except use of the bathrooms. Beach with a lot of sargassum that was not removed by clubs in the area. Each lounger costs 300 pesos. Mexico never again.

Such a spectacular beach club, we went almost every day during the 3 weeks of our stay!Unbeatable value for money. The delicious food, the super good drinks and the smoothies, a delight!The extraordinary staff, ALL super friendly and attentive. Very professional in all aspects of their work (special mention and congratulations when dealing with difficult clients).All facilities (beds, lounge chairs, tables, bathrooms, shower) ALWAYS very clean and in perfect working order.The parking is totally secure, we have not had any problems the entire time we went.For us who have skin problems and need special care in the sun, I think that Serenity was the only viable option, since they have a section with tarps that, being thicker, provide greater protection against UV rays.Our congratulations to the owner and managers for the selection of their staff, they have an extraordinary team on a truly privileged beach! Manuel, Roberto, Lili and the rest of the team; thanks a lot!! I recommend them 100%! The only improvement I would propose is that they explain a little better at the entry point how it works. I think there were people who didn't understand that beach access didn't mean access to Club Serenity, and that bracelets don't mean it's "All Inclusive."
