Ordered two ~$25 items, my bill at the end came out to be over $80. I asked if it was right and was told it was. After repeatedly doing the math in my head I realized there was no way what we ordered could come out to that much. I went back to the counter a second time to get it sorted out. The cashier (who was the one to originally serve me) got all upset with me and then told me that there was a $20 charge for the group before me that somehow made it on to my tab. No apologies or remorse, and was acting frustrated because they couldn't figure out how to refund me. It felt to me like they knew I wasn't local, and tried to get more money out of me. I could be wrong but the whole experience was bad and the cashier was rude to me the entire time. Hoping this was a one time mistake and not something that has happened to others

We had lunch here late in season. Staff was friendly and time to deliver food was in line with expectations. We had two lobsters with sides and both were great. Sitting outside is fine as they have plexiglass to block the wind and also some small heaters. Beautiful views too!

For a quiet Monday mid October we never expected to have the best service and food we’ve ever had , The cashier who also works serving made our experience one to remember she even wrote on a brochure map and showed my husband and I were to visit while in Alma .The food was by far the best on our coast to coast adventure.The Alma Lobster shop is a stop we’ll never forget. I had a fantastic dining experience at this seafood shop. They offer a wide variety of delicious seafood options, and my favorites were the crispy shrimps, smoked Salmon salad, and lobster rolls. The onion rolls with the dip and the potato fries were absolutely delightful. The ambience of the place was very inviting, and the chef was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our kids had a great time enjoying the tasty fries, and the open concept of the dining area added to the overall experience. It's a wonderful place for families to enjoy a variety of delicious seafood dishes in a welcoming atmosphere.I highly recommend this shop for a delightful seafood feast!

Went near the end of October during an evening. Lady at the front was very friendly and allowed me to go out back and check out the large warehouse full of lobsters. Also gave lots of details and fun facts. Ordered a lobster roll, incredibly fresh and delicious. Sunset views eating a lobster roll, truely unforgettable.

So worth a stop! Great service, great staff, and wonderful art. Walked in for supper and got completely distracted by the art. Bought the best lobster roll and a whole bunch of fantastic paintings. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Casual, relaxed environment. The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic. The outdoor patio is sheltered from the wind and they have heaters to keep the chill off. The fish tacos and lobster roll are what we ordered and we both enjoyed our meal very much. The homemade lemonade was delicious too. The art work by one of the family members that own the business is amazing. Lots of original art and prints. My sister left with a couple pieces. Very glad we stopped in. Would definitely go back.

The cold 1.5 lb lobster was great! So was the hot, but the cold is the way to go. Fresh, large selections and nice staff. It can be buggy sitting outside so be prepared.

The food was over done (chewy), breaded and a bit greasy. We ordered it all and the portions were generous, but it just wasn't as fresh as I wanted.

The food was excellent. I had a gluten free lobster roll, my husband had the lobster poutine, and we shared the gluten free fundy scallops and haddock with fries. We've eaten at two other restaurants in Alma, NB this week. The food was by far the most delicious, and the lobster was the most reasonably priced at the Alma Lobster Shop.
