Spinach Artichoke dip was fantastic as well and the hot chocolate. Wasn’t a big fan of the fisherman’s seafood platter. Fish batter was pretty think, although the prawns and shrimp were good. Would return, just wouldn’t order the platter. Atmosphere was good, had a deck table and there was live music inside.

We were seated and was told there would be 30 minute wait which we were fine with but after sitting there 20 minutes we noticed everyone getting seated after us was getting served we decided to leave and unfortunately we will not return, we went to the boathouse that was beside it and the service was excellent and the food was excellent!!!

Not good food and the service is terrible… no water, didn’t check up, didn’t offer specials, on her phone while others didn’t get refills or anything either lol only went cause literally the only restaurant open after 8 , scallops over cooked and didn’t taste like garlic or butter as described and the lobster dip with “chunks of lobster meat” had no visible lobster except small pieces of red I assume was lobster lol scammers like I can’t Actully believe I just paid $90 for tasteless food and 2 beers lol

My wife & I stopped in at 1 pm today. I don’t know what was happening but tables on both sides of us were getting served yet we found it impossible to get attention to even get menus. We waited for almost 20 minutes and then left. Terrible service. Give it a miss if you are in Alma

Very spacious inside, lot of room for foot traffic. Letting us know that our food might take a bit longer, it didn't take long at all. It seems like they work like a family

Seth might be the worst waiter of all time. He wouldn’t let us get seated just so rude and disrespectful. He has orange curly hair and about 5 foot 3. I’ve never seen a waiter this rude. Should talk to a manager for his position to stay. Fire him now!!!

My husband had the loaded Captain burger. Couldn't finish it because it was to big, but was delicious! I had the fish and chips which was also delicious.

Can't say that this was the best experience I've ever had. Even though everyone was friendly and helpful, the service was very slow and no matter how often we tried, we couldn't catch the server's eye. The food was fine, the atmosphere was fine, the price was fine, the whole thing was fine. We tried the fisherman's platter, it was fine. We also are the chowder, also fine. And when the waitress forgot to put our order in, she comped us a free glass of wine, but we were pretty hungry and would rather have had the food all together. All in all, if you're visiting Alma, maybe try a different spot to eat.

unfortunately, food wise, my clam dinner was mediocre (I had about 10 clams all together) and my mom's fish was a tad over cooked. For what we paid, I didnt find it enough.
