Very slow service and unprofessional would not recommend
Burger tasted gamey. Like it had been sitting a while. Fries were cold.

Not impressed. We ordered two Big Mac meals and both the sandwiches and fries were lukewarm. When our order was ready our drinks were not there and the employee walked away before I could say anything so I had to wait. Last summer we received undercooked eggs but we were on the road to Ontario so we couldn't go back.
They try to be nice 🤣

if i could give it a 0 i would, any other mcdonalds ive ever been to i have never had a problem getting a glass of water through the drive-thru, but this one on a hot 37 C° i went there for a glass of water and they wouldnt want to give me one because i wasnt buying any food. guess i wont ever buy food here again cause very terrible service and managers screaming at me through the speaker just cause i wanted a glass of water. bunch of goofs working here

For me to leave a review like this, it takes a lot. I dislike doing negative reviews, but it's absolutely warranted here.
This review is specifically regarding the evening of August 26st, 2023. I've always had good service from the ladies in the past
Went in to grab a quick coffee. It was quiet, yet I waited alone at the cash for 5 mins as the young fellow was filling the counter directly in front of me. Then finally he decides to come to the counter to take my order Ok, no prob, I get it, sometimes we all can get distracted. All good.
But then, he stands there , no greeting, hello, or cordial word. Just looks at me as if I was a nuisance for being there. Ok, fine, maybe he's just having a rough day. I get that too.
I order a small coffee with 1/2 cream. Easy stuff. He enters it in, still with no acknowledgement, just apathy. I'm starting to get irritated now. Customer service, at it's most basic level, still exists, right?
I proceed to wait another extended period of time (5-6 mins?) while he stands there aimlessly before he decides to make my order. Keep in mind, it's not busy, I checked. Empty inside, 3 -4 on shift, and I think 1 drive thru order. Still, I'm a patient person. I'm trying hard to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Finally, he puts my coffee on the counter without as much of a "here you go", or a simple nod.... zero customer service. I grab my coffee, walk out, only for the proverbial "icing on the cake"....the coffee is both lukewarm (almost cold) and not what I asked for (1/2 cream). I chucked in the garbage as I left, no way I was doing that again.
Now I've worked retail in my younger years (over 10 years). I know what it's like and how tough it can be at times. And I've seen bad service in my days, by man....this is below a 1. I'd give it a negative score if I could.
Absolutely won't be back there. If that's what it's like for a coffee, I can only imagine what it's like for the food.
