I gave it 2 stars because I love tim’s coffee but this one always has 5+ employees and they take their sweet time serving the costumers inside the store… annoying

Waited in line 20 minutes inside the store just to be told that the ice cap machine is broken ! The machine being broken is not the issue put a Sign on the door so we don’t wait for nothing ! And the staff could not speak a word in French and could barely speak English !
