Server Kristi went above and beyond for my senior intellectually disabled aunt and myself. The restaurant was clearly busy but Kristi managed to make time to engage in a little extra conversation with my aunt. This was so meaningful as my aunt was having her first outing since moving into a nursing home. My aunt craves attention and was beaming at Kristi’s smiles and kindness. Thank you Kristi for the extra care you gave us. You’ll never know how much it meant to us!

Stephanie our server was fantastic! And omg! Fish chowder!! Sooo good! Can't get that out west that's for sure!!
While travelling through we decided to stop as historically was known for good food. My husband ordered fries and burger. When it came fries were cold, returned promptly and brought out fresh. When tried burger was not good. Had a sour taste to it. Husband reported not feeling well all night. Did tell waitress about it after we paid for meal to check burger to ensure not spoiled.

Always greeted with a smile. Treated as though I am someone they know even though I go only 1-2 times a year.Shout out to Karen! If it were not for her telling me she was new (she asked for my patience, which she certainly got!), it is as though she had been working at the Big Stop for years.
This Big Stop is line with other Irving Big Stops if you've been to them. The menu is in line with what you'd expect to find at the Big Stops. The food is good, dependable and reasonably priced which is nice. They get it out quick and hot. Location gets busy as it's right on the New Brunswick/Nova Scotia border.
