Just love the fact that every Big Stop offers the same excellent service and food. It has gas station and charging station at the same time! Super convenient for traveller.

The staff are vey kind and, the food is good. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer. After washing my clothes the dryer was running for 2 hours and I had to wait, I did so patiently thinking it was another trucker, after waiting for 2 hours I peeked in the dryer to see it was being used by the business to dry the towels they use in the bathrooms. I find this gross and disgusting they do not have seperate bigger machines for staff to use for bathroom towels and also I now had to wait an extreme amount of time just to leave with wet clothes. Please consider getting more machines for staff and also for customers.

We are regulars ( once a week ) Tonight we had the awesome server Brenda. She is very friendly and always makes us feel welcome..she remembers our drink orders as soon as she comes to the table.

to begin with, it was very unpleasant and the smallest conversation I had with Kerry who works here at the counter, I only said we want only cheesecake, is it okay if we sit in or we have to take it out, and I was very close to the counter, it felt like she was screaming at my face and she said "someone will take your order", I was embarrassed in front of everyone and at the table when I ordered only strawberry cheesecake and large chocolate milk, even the other staff member who took our order gave us very rude and mean face, is it because it's a very small order or is it racism? worst experience, never stopping by again.
