The food was awsome. But service was not good.

Chicken and Mushroom were served cold. And the menu was expensive too for such a small restaurant in the countryside. Service was good which was the only positive, along with a nice outdoor seating. Not worth the money.

Excellent food, would like to visit again if happens to be around the area. Also available are some local craft items. Didn't get to meet the cats.

We have enjoyed the bistro over many years and were excited to share the new bistro fare and set up. Love the menu choices. Fish cakes always a winner. Very unique taste and gift ideas from New Brunswick. Rain on the metal roof and great food! Nothing better!!!!

It was an hour before opening time and the owner saw us peaking in the windows. She invited us in to view the restaurant. Told us she could seat us an hour later and suggested a few things we could do while we waited. Awesome service, fantastic food and beautiful environment.

First time at Le Chat Blue will not be the last. Our server Ricky was very knowledgeable and described the special that was Thai Noodle Soup, so well that I ordered it and was super happy with the choice. Soup was extremely flavourful and filling as well. Had a great expresso martini as well. Cannot wait until our next visit to Bistro Le Chat Bleu.

The old given new life, great taste, a crisp and pleasing atmosphere and prompt and courteous service. Excellent place for people with dietary preferences and restrictions to eat.

Everything was amazing. Baie Verte is beautiful setting too. Only small critique is that the chicken karaage dish was too expensive for the 3 bite sized pieces of chicken that was served. I would've expected double the portion for that price. Having said that, the karaage was the best bite we had. Delicious! Overall, awesome spot for dinner!

Went here for late lunch and ordered the fish cakes. My table also ordered the spanikopitas for an appetizer. Everything was delicious and the view from our seat was beautiful.

I would recommend making a reservation, as sometimes they have long wait times to be seated.

A truly 5 star dining experience and likely the single restaurant I am happiest to return to. Everything I've ever had here has quite literally delighted my tastebuds and put a smile on my face. So many restaurants just pour on the salt in order to make you say "Mmmm, this is so good" but the Chat Bleu menu has a wealth of actual flavours to experience. The location and restaurant itself are also beautiful, with a wealth of history tied to the building.

Despite living in the city with a host of flavours within a 5 minute drive, I am always more than happy to make the hour long trip out to the country to experience another lunch or dinner at Chat Bleu.

Came up on this place by accident and so happy we did. One of the most creative menus we have ever seen and the owner and food was absolutely terrific.
