So yesterday was national free cone day so I proceeded to pick my 2 boys up from school and take them in to grab each of them a free cone. When we got there they told me I needed to have the app. So I proceeded to sign up because I didn't have it. It took awhile to get it done for some reason I guess tried signing up before so passwords were wrong in the end I was able to sign up. 30 mins after first getting there. I showed it to the employee and they said oh it will show up in the deals area and said it would take another 30 mins to be there. So I wasn't about to sit there and wait that long. And mind you my oldest has a phone a signed up as well. I said just in case we can only get 1 cone per app? I'm just wondering if we needed to go through all of that for a free cone. That was a national free cone day. Not something I earned from accumulated points. In the end my boys didn't get to experience their national free cone day by DQ. IDK make it easier 😕 😔 rant done.

At the drive thru they said "one moment" then never got back to me until I reminded them. The food then took a while to be served. When given to us, they forgot to hand over the drink.

Bad service...my chicken burger was half cooked...my friend ordered a poutine and a onion ring...it was cold....cashier wasn't friendly....no smile....only thing good was the pop..I don't recommend this place to anyone...if there would be a no star I wouldn't even give them that..minus 15 stars .. putting a big X on that place. very poor service

Got only a vanilla shake, they tried to give me someone else's order and the proceeded to do it again with other customers. We were only 3 customers at the time its not hard to take the second to acknowledge whos order ur taking. All that said, when i got my shake 15 minutes later. I drank my shake until a chunck of cookiedough flew in my mouth. Thats not supposed to be in a vanilla shake.

Beautiful place, clean, excellent food but no service in French. I would add that even making yourself understood in English is difficult.

First time in years we have been in one and it was good.

We both had a Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger, one waa a double and the other a triple with poutines, then we had blizzards. The food is so good and tastes so much more better than some other fast food restaurants. Our cashier was a little grumpy, but otherwise it was awesome.

I went around 2:30pm today. My ice cream sandwich was freezer brunt and my fries were really undercooked (and also slightly freezer brunt tasting). I would have sent a polite and simple email to the restaurant, but I couldn't find one. I feel sort bad about posting this publicly, but I hope management can step in for some quality control. Had I eaten in, I would have returned it. I've never had this experience at a DQ before.
