Slooooow service for a Wednesday. It took over an hour to get a poutine, chicken strips and fish and chips.
When we got the food the fish was so greasy you could wring it out, and over cooked. And there was a moth inside flying around my kid and her food? Which was weird.
Waitress is super friendly but over worked? She was running all over the place and it was very hard to get her attention to get new fish. So we just waited 15 minutes, and then asked a different waiter for the bill. And then waited some more.

It was just me and my son, restaurant didnt seem overly busy, there were open tables and we waited 20+ minutes to be seated. Once we got seated service did pick up. I chalked it off as I get there could have been a staff shortage. Food was ok, Nachos were good. My son liked the alfredo fettuchini. Typical pub food. Beer was nice and cold.

Although the price for this meal was a little high, I was fine with it. But the fish was burnt, and the fries were dry like the desert. The best part of this meal was the coleslaw as it took the funky taste of this burnt fish out of my mouth. I've heard only great things about this place, so sad. Everybody should re think thier places to eat. This was a takeout order that I was there when it was ready and I am only 4 mins from there

We came last night and usually we always had good service but this time it wasn't the case. The waitress who welcomed us was not at all friendly (as if we disturbed her when we arrived) then once seated we had time to wait because she took a long time to come and take our order ( it was not busy), despite this we ate well it was delicious as always.
The least you can do when serving customers is to have a smile and be friendly, which is why I didn't leave a tip. I took the liberty of saying this in the comment to let people know because it’s not pleasant to be served this way.
Awesome spot. Good atmosphere, good food and prices were decent. Will definitely stop in again if I pass through. My only complaint is how long it took to get mid meal service.. felt like an eternity to ask for some more water but it was very busy at the time. You should give it a go
