We have been avoiding KFC for a while because the quality had gone downhill, but we gave it another try at their Bathurst / Vanier location and everything was awesome....even the French fries. Yum
I ordered a 3 pieces boxemeal chicken no drink white meat with coleslaw no drinks. She told me was 13.72 I proceeded to tap!Wen I returned at my sisters place (I’m visiting from Gatineau Quebec) they had taken 20.46 from my account!In my boxe I had two brown wings and one skinny thigh!In my eyes that’s stealing!Please people beware this could be a regular thing they do! Thieves! Worst part the manager at the store called me to argue with me what white meat is! I disagreed and said I sent a complaint t to head office he hung up on me! I know we are short of workers but can you please hire people who can talk clearly! ? Did they take a tip without my knowledge! Will never know !

ordered 8 piece and a zinger wrap for about $50 in total at the drive thru on a saturday at like 3:30pm. Not even dinner rush. And these criminals literally shorted me a piece for NO REASON. I always say the due please and thank you and never am disrespectful to drive thru workers. But this store clearly does not give a damn about its customers. Never coming here again. No wonder KFC is considered worse than basically every chicken shop nowadays.

People cooking seem to be the boss. Not very friendly, gave out a lot of orders especially to the person on cash. Very expensive. This is a slider, ordered 2 with 1 small fry and 2 drinks. It was okay. Nothing spectacular.
