Always order through online app. Service at the counter has always been a pleasure. Staff is kind and courteous. I love pizza and can say this is one of the best pizzas in Bathurst! Soft crust or stuffed, cheese and sauce are excellent, love the chipotle dip. This place is poorly represented through negative reviews.
Made an order through the application at 6:18 PM Waiting time was written 15minutes Fast Forward to almost 2h later. (1h and 40m) Still haven't received my order. I called and was first told my order had been deliver. I advised i haven't receive the order or gotten a call from the restaurant or delivery guy. Lady on the phone was really nice, she put me on hold to contact the restaurant in Bathurst. When she got back to me she asked me if i had receive the order or call while i was on hold. I told her no. She then told me she was told the delivery guy wasn't too far from me and it shouldn't take long. And she thought it would've been deliver to me while i was on hold.
20min after my call… still no delivery.. I had paid in advance.. this is definitely my last time ordering at Pizza Salvatore. I am beyond upset about the whole thing.. a poutine ,small pizza and wing should not take 2h this is absurd.
Update: 8h15 I still haven't receive my order. I called the restaurant phone number again and talk to a guy this time, explained the situation again and told him i called about 20min before and was told it shouldn't be too long. I was told they had a-lot of order and i shouldn't be too long. I told him 2h wait is unacceptable and wanted a refund . He told me they don't do that at Salvatore. I told him again 2 hour is unacceptable again. I was told to wait an other 10 to 15 min.. told him again I've been waiting for 2 h . On the app it says it was supposed to be deliver at 7h20 and its not 8h10 so its been an hour and when i spoke to the lady before him she told me the delivery guy was already on route and coming to me soon.. and that was 20minutes ago
8h20 order finally arrived! Only good thing was the meal was warm. But still soooooo disappointed of my experience!!!
I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM SALVATORE BATHURST. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED FROM MY EXPERIENCE!!

Okay. Good. Best poutine in town (Bathurst) by far.. the fondue pizza is incredible.. we've ordered it more than 6 times and the first time it was good.. but this evening the fondue pizza was incredibly delicious... but really😍😍.. I give 5 stars even if you forgot to include the 3 sauces with the fondue pizza.. despite the little disappointment 😔 it deserves 12 stars.. and the next time, don't forget the 3 delicious little sauces please😊. THANKS.

We went here New Years eve 15 minutes to closing and got told we could not order a small pizza because they closed at 12 I said we are here before 12 I know how food service works I managed at subway and we where always told it did not matter if a person came In 1 minute to closing that we where to serve them and the doors could not be locked before closing hour and the man who turned us away locked the doors behind us and there where also a couple of people sitting down inside waiting so to be it doesn't make my sense as to why we where turned away I would understand if we had walked in right at closing but there was 100% ample of time to make a small pizza! Not to mention I know they aren't uploaded to turn anyone away if they enter prior to closing time!! He was super rude about it too! I will never eat here again

First time months ago ordered on line and wasn’t there when we went to pick up. Had confirmation number but no pizza. Today again ordered on line but wasn’t sent confirmation so called and employee said no order received so ordered on telephone only to receive confirmation number after we picked up telephone order.
Worst restaurant in Bathurst. Go eat somewhere else unless you have 1h30 wasted waiting for your poutine. Which in the end will not be edible because the employees are not capable of cooking fries like a normal person!

The Evening staff were incredibly rude, very illeducated on customer service as menu options, and in fact did hang up 3 separate times, I asked to speak to a supervisor I was also hung up on period they also rudely set told me to order online but as it was a simple order of a 12 inch meats and 12 inch garlic finger Disgusting behavior, do not waste your money and time. I highly recommend the management review there staff's performance.
